Armitage Fire

Auckland Airport is New Zealand’s major airline hub connecting domestic and international services in the largest airport facility in the country. Starting with the international airport complex and later moving to include the domestic terminal Armitage have been a presence onsite delivering core fire life safety system maintenance and construction since 2008. With a peak of over 21 million passengers annually passing through the airport complex one of the challenges for fire system service, maintenance and construction is access, public safety and minimising operational disruption. This requires considerable programming and delivering acumen that requires a technically proficient and diligent management team and workforce. Armitage have long juggled the delivery of exemplary service of primary life safety systems across both terminals, power centres and support buildings including all sprinklers, fire alarm systems and hydrants.
