Previously serving the preceding Rodney District Council, Armitage held an eight-year tenure with Auckland Council ensuring the life safety systems across their portfolio of sites and buildings were maintained to a high compliance standard. Providing Planned Preventative Maintenance and system maintenance and renewal across approximately 650 buildings and thousands of assets, our 24/7 service team focussed on improved asset life and performance, practicing proactive rather than reactive actions to bring systems up to applicable standards and codes with a view to reducing long-term and unplanned maintenance costs.
